The Tidewater AIDS Community Taskforce, (TACT) was incorporated in 1982 as The AIDS Fund. On February 11, 2012 we changed our name to EVAN, Eastern Virginia AIDS Network. For 30 years we have been leading the fight against HIV/AIDS in Hampton Roads. EVAN has offices in Norfolk, Newport News and Williamsburg to better serve the public.
