The Tidewater AIDS Community Taskforce, (TACT) was incorporated in 1982 as The AIDS Fund. For 30 years we have been leading the fight against HIV/AIDS in Hampton Roads. The AIDS Fund has offices in Norfolk, Newport News and Williamsburg to better serve the public.
Our Norfolk office operates as TACT, (Tidewater AIDS Community Taskforce). The Newport News office operates as PACT, (Peninsula AIDS Community Taskforce) and our Williamsburg office operates as WAN, (Williamsburg AIDS Network).

We are already working on collecting food for meals for Christmas. Our goal is to feed 50 needy families. We already have donations and supplies for 36 food baskets, including pledges from:

For Christmas, we are also collecting donations of toys/clothes for children ages 8 and up. St Nicholas Catholic Church has volunteered to sponsor 25 children. We are hoping to provide 65 children with something to open on Christmas Day. Donations can be made/dropped off at:
