The Tidewater AIDS Community Taskforce, (TACT) was incorporated in 1983 as The AIDS Fund. For 27 years we have been leading the fight against HIV/AIDS in Hampton Roads. The AIDS Fund has offices in Norfolk, Newport News and Williamsburg to better serve the public.
Our Norfolk office operates as TACT, (Tidewater AIDS Community Taskforce). The Newport News office operates as PACT, (Peninsula AIDS Community Taskforce) and our Williamsburg office operates as WAN, (Williamsburg AIDS Network).
